Returns are only accepted if reported within 72 hours of delivery, along with the original proof of purchase (receipt sent via email at the time of purchase).
To request a return, please follow these steps:
We cannot generate a return label. You will need to courier the item using a service recommended by our team. The return address will be shared via WhatsApp.
Once we receive and review the returned item:
Important: No chargebacks or disputes will be entertained unless the issue is first reported and registered via our official WhatsApp channel.
There is no exchange policy as per the customer's liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order for our esteemed customers.
An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item and only in the event that the purchased goods are unused and undamaged by the customer.
All orders are final and non-refundable, but you can exchange an item in the event that an incorrect item has been delivered to you. We can only exchange purchased items subject to product and size availability. Any exchanges or returns should be brought to our attention within one week of receipt. Any claims made afterwards will not be honored.
All sales are considered final. There are no monetary returns, but they can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.
All formals or bridals cancelled due to non-payment are not eligible for a refund. The customer is provided 7 days notice to pay. No refunds for advance payments.
